I think the postmortems are incredibly fantastic.  I don&#039;t think I&#039;ve ever been at a company where it was so acceptable (encouraged even) to speak your mind honestly about what is working and not working for you.  And then, over the following month, people make an effort to address the concerns you&#039;ve raised.
